Case Study 2 - The World's Second Largest Chemical Company

LAMBRO Delivered a comprehensive Infrastructure resources and solutions program to this Chemical Company, a Fortune 100 Manufacturing Company based in the Mid-Atlantic, with multiple national and global manufacturing, research, and distribution centers, engineered a large and detailed migration of computer infrastructure, as a result of a sale of their $12.0+ billion/year division, to a leading competitor. LAMBRO delivered initial scoping and analysis, project planning & charter, tactical leadership and related resources. Additionally, LAMBRO managed to, and over 30,000 desktops, variety of security and data access solutions, related client and LAMBRO resources, and all data-migration activities. The Project was considered the largest single data migration in company history, and was delivered ahead of time, the first time a project of this size was delivered prior to the expiration designated, within the Project’s Charter.

Case Study 5 - One of the World's Largest Insurers

The Insurer's Wilmington administration and business center Resources Program - Initially provided eight (8) Mainframe Resources, for the initial Program, consisting of  Data transfer, and QA Testers, charged with the migration of applications from Mainframe to  new applications.  Currently, the resource program has grown in scope, has execute services for the client with about 15 Resources.

Case Study 6 - A world leader in Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and integrated metering and utilization solutions to the gas, electricity and water industries

LAMBRO provides a 4-6 Resource/Solution Program for SAP on-going Post-Go-Live Support, for their Information Technology Department. The Scope of the Program was to assess the type of NEW Support and Helpdesk Model. The objective is to work with a supplier to plan, and develop this type of IT Center of Excellence in the US to support the Global IT Environment. In support of this planned IT strategy, LAMBRO Technologies, LLC (LAMBRO) has been charged with the additional objective to provide an overall solution that creates strategic value, offers a flexible IT Model, and to allows seamless transition to future-state alternatives.

LAMBRO developed the structural components and specifically strategy to provide the Help Desk Model, along with the needed related services to organizations such as this companies. LAMBRO collaborated with their SAP Partner in building the Help Desk Model for them, who’s holds specified knowledge and experience within SAP post-go-live  support and related infrastructure, additionally needed to empower this provider to meet its SAP support obligations, on an aggressive timeline.  The hallmarks of this system and program provide robust, flexible, and a user-friendly support model, that meets seamless transition, minimum user impact, enhanced serviceability, and flexibility for future growth pattern expectations.  Meeting these expectations have, and continue to provide this company with Management, highest quality SAP Support Resources, measurable and refine-able, and transferable knowledge in Support Process, and Infrastructure. 

Development of the concept began in late 2006, with adoption in 2007, and is currently supporting thei companies client needs with high ratings. They engaged LAMBRO to assist with the further development of its IT Support environment. LAMBRO worked with the existing companies Leadership and within their standards for operations to architect and deliver the support model required to deliver enhancements to the service currently operating today.  LAMBRO will supply the resources and approach to guide these initial steps into a successful conversion, and forward to a world class support model to service the copanies overall IT needs.

Case Study 7 - A Considated Local School District

LAMBRO delivered a PMO-Governance, and Planning Program for this Consolidated School District . LAMBRO provided The School district services from its Service Retainer Program, for clients who require periodic access to enterprise-level, experienced, and industry-certified consultants but for some reason lack such a skill set in house or on permanent staff.

The LAMBRO Service Retainer Program provided highly skilled consultants to the School district, on an as-needed, or regularly scheduled basis to augment the districts office(s) current knowledge base and capabilities. This program provided cost-conscious managers of the School district, the ability to quickly upsize or downsize its staff to handle periods of peak workload.

The LAMBRO Service Retainer Program further provided for on-demand scheduling of Team LAMBRO Consultants, giving the School district the ability to handle ad-hoc consulting needs.  Furthermore, LAMBRO Resources where used to schedule the time of Subject Matter Experts who brought extensive knowledge, in almost any technology area.  The dedicated consultants where also made available on a regular basis where the School Districts could specifically benefit from the consultant's experience on-site, while the consultant further develops a more refined understanding of the School District’s Technology Environment.

This service, was provide to NCC Public School district – Red Clay Consolidated, at a single monthly retainer fee, but still provided the dynamic of a virtual consultant skilled in every area of Information Technology, ready to assist, with assorted needed add-hoc tasks.
