The Option to Build your Organization

Ability to hire LAMBRO consultants into a permanent staff post, after a 12 month service term, within a Client organization. This effort is a part the LAMBRO’s long-term view of client development. Helping our Clients build an IT support organization through performance talented resources from an on-site performance perspective.

Specialized & On-Going Training

LAMBRO Resources can be provided refresh, or new technology training two (2) times each year as a part current Client assignments, additionally each consultant will be evaluated through the LAMBRO Resource Evaluation Survey, which will be performed by a LAMBRO account executive in conjunction with identified and appropriate Client Leadership.

Resource Integration Strategy

Whether a smaller Resource Project or a larger Outsource Program, LAMBRO does not attempt provide large groups of resources into a client site at once without strong integrated logic, only to have to continuously re-introduce fresh resources, repeatedly, until a legitimate team emerges as a viable solution. This “big-bang” theory, as it is sometimes branded, is deployed by many volume staffing and resource houses, and serves ONLY as an efficiency for the volume supplier. Often the supplier is unfamiliar with the resources being supplied, due to their dependence on the open marketplace. This method can be damaging to the client and can devour Client opportunity cost, and place the burden and cost of the learning curve squarely on the Client.

Rather, LAMBRO looks toward providing in-house and familiar Resources, through the LAMBRO exclusive Partnership Structure, in conjunction with very targeted Resource practices, & LAMBRO Value-Model, in a PHASED Approach. Integrating Resource Teams will seamlessly, through proper knowledge transfer and communication protocols, allow the client to ramp up effortlessly. This provides cost-cutting efficiencies for our Clients by making the proper Resource fit for the job, and staff minimizing integration efforts.

LAMBRO looks to provide Client initiatives ample senior leadership. In conjunction with an account executive for your program, LAMBRO holds contracts, through its consortium Partnership structure for Senior leadership time, for all sites initiatives. Through these contracts LAMBRO is able to additionally assign, a senior. Contract/Business development leads to support the current, changing, and on-going growth needs of the relationship; as well as, senior subject matter leadership for your program help support on-going solution level needs and challenges. Although, all programs may to utilize all this value-added service over the course of a contract, it is a value added benefit uniquely available due to LAMBRO consortium Partnership Structure.

Additional mentorship such as LAMBRO’s famous “Lunch and Learn” training sessions to provide our Clients and on-site teams the ability to stay in the forefront of new Technologies, Methodologies and Tools. Clients can also meet with LAMBRO Executives to brainstorm and review current and new project developments, “blue-sky” new IT solution directions in conjunction with your business directions, or just get to know the LAMBRO team.
